Where is it?

Based in our airy and bustling offices in Clerkenwell, London, with its legendary coffee machine and model train track, you’ll also have a chance to work with clients throughout Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Developing digital marketing strategies for our clients including defining the opportunity, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy.
  • Be a passionate champion of customer segmentation strategies, using cluster analysis, predictive modelling and leading edge analytical techiniques,
  • Analyzing data to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve marketing performance and redesigning digital experiences to deliver this
  • Proposing, contributing to, and verifying multivariate testing and targeting/personalization strategies that help our clients solve their most challenging problems.
  • Be part of the team through all phases of a project lifecycle including developing RFPs, proposals, contracts, planning, discovery, workshops, experiments, blueprints, go live.
  • Work with outstandingly talented people across digital disciplines.

Requirements

About you

Overall, you’re an ideas person and problem solver as well as a hands-on doer – that’s important. And you know it takes a mix of people to do amazing work, so you love collaborating with and learning from people with different skills, backgrounds and perspectives. A good graduate degree (First or Upper Second) is a must, along with the right to live and work in the UK.
 

You’ll also have

  • Experience processing, combining and transforming large datasets in a commercial environment, using statistical applications such as SAS, SPSS, Matlab or R.
  • Experience using logistic regression, cluster analysis, factor analysis, neural networks and other multivariate analysis techniques.
  • Experience in digital marketing analytics or market research. 

Plus experience of design and implementation of market-leading packages in: 

  • Hands-on strong work experience with SiteCat, google Analytics, Web trends and similar tools.
  • Hands on experience with MVT platforms such as  Adobe Test & Target, Maxymizer, Optimizely.
  • Hands on experience with reporting and visualization solutions such as tablo, qlik.
  • Ability to work within a multi-functional (analytics/technical/marketing) team on multiple projects, managing timelines and communicating risks/issues.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and how digital data is captured across channels (including web sites, paid and organic search, display media, email, social media).
  • Working knowledge of taguchi modeling and/or experimental design would be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge in online marketing best practices and innovations would be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of web optimisation and/or web analytics tools would be highly regarded.
  • Experience working with user experience design, information architecture, agile web development processes, content management and social collaboration tools would be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital technologies/platforms/architectures would be highly regarded.
