Based in our airy and bustling offices in Clerkenwell, London, with its legendary coffee machine and agency feel, you’ll experience the dynamic working environment of a small business while having the expertise of a leading professional services firm to draw on.

To qualify for the role you must have the ability to:

  • Use your initiative in different and challenging environments
  • Design and deliver analytics and insight solutions to drive sales, service and marketing within face to face digital channels
  • Lead a small analytics team / engagement workstream
  • Work in a collaborative way on multiple engagements at any given time


As well as:

  • Strong planning, organisation and people management skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and business writing skills, including being able to liaise with technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience of managing, strengthening and broadening key client relationships
  • The ability to determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches
  • Experience helping clients on their journey to becoming a cognitive organisation
  • Experience putting the “smarts” into CRM through generation of customer and colleague insights to improve customer experience
