As part of the new team we are building, we are looking to recruit a senior consultant for our Digital and Customer Analytics team.


Ideally applicants will have experience of:

  • Being part of an analytics team with a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions
  • Working collaboratively on multiple projects at any given time and taking ownership of the management and delivery of tasks
  • Managing projects end-to-end; from capturing requirements to delivering change
  • Being able to choose the right solution for a commercial task involving big data, including databases, architectures and cloud services
  • Contributing to business decision-making by effectively communicating messages from large quantities of data
  • Interacting with senior stakeholders with an ability to influence decision making


  • Experience of working in a project-based environment, liaising with customers throughout the entire solution delivery lifecycle
  • Drive and determination to continually learn new things and develop yourself
  • Passion for digital and technology
  • A team player who enjoys working with others to solve problems and sharing knowledge
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including writing marketing material and tender documents
  • Using customer data to drive performance via enhanced targeting and personalisation
  • An understanding of big data, including methods to visualise and learn from vast quantities of data
  • Experience with digital analytics & digital marketing, campaign management, marketing-mix optimisation, pricing optimisation and data management / data architecture Right to live and work in the UK, and to work across Europe
  • A willingness to travel and work across the UK and Europe
  • A good graduate degree (1st or Upper Second) from a reputable university, or a track record of experience that demonstrates capability and credibility at a comparable level

  • Campaign Management technologies like Unica, SAS, Adobe
  • CRM technology like IBM, Salesforce, Dynamics
  • Data mining tools such as SQL, SAS or R
  • Visualisation tools such as Tableau, QlikView or Spotfire
  • Big data capability such as Hadoop, Cloudera or MongoDB
